Challenge:

A local South Florida Retail Flooring Store with 5 locations throughout the Palm Beach County area was looking for new ways to increase online exposure for their retail locations to a new consumer base.

Solution:

Since this company was already participating in search engine optimization and pay per click advertising campaigns we discussed adding an internet based local directory listings program into their advertising campaigns.   After claiming their business listings on the major search engines: Google, Yahoo and Bing, we pushed their business listings to over 350 online directory listings.

Results:

We have seen a great increase in traffic coming in through directory sites, and search engine map listings. In the first month of claiming their listings on Google, we saw a 770% increase in traffic coming to the website from the Google map listing.  A statistical monthly average shows that just one of the five retail locations receives the following amount of interaction with consumers each month from the Google map listing alone:

Approximately 1750 impressions

73 clicks through to website

5 clicks on driving directions

15 clicks for more information within Google Places.
